For example, when we provided our Plant Selection AI Assistant with Belentepe Farm's local data, we found that almost all the plants in the plant list provided by the AI in accordance with our local conditions were included in our gardens and food forest.

How Users Receive (AI) Assistant Services

 

Step 1: Selecting and Downloading Checklists

Choosing a Service: After reviewing the available AI assistants, the user chooses the one that best suits their needs.

Downloading a Checklist: The user clicks on a link to download the document containing checklists tailored to the selected AI assistant. These checklists collect basic information about the user's project or site.


Step 2: Filling in the Checklists

User Input: The user provides detailed information about their projects, site conditions, goals and preferences by carefully filling in checklists. The checklists are designed to capture all the relevant data needed for the AI assistant to generate precise insights.


Step 3: Submitting Checklists

Email Submission: Once completed, the user will email their completed checklists back to our team.


Step 4: Data Integrity Check

Manual Verification: After receiving the checklists, our team manually reviews the data for completeness and accuracy. This step ensures that the information provided is sufficient and correctly formatted for the AI assistant to process.


Step 5: Payment Process

Payment Link: If the data is verified and everything is in order, our team will send a payment link to the user. The payment must be completed before our team starts working on the user project.

Secure Transaction: We use the IYZICO credit card payment system for transactions.


Step 6: AI Assistant Processing

Insights Generated by Artificial Intelligence: Once payment is received, the completed checklists are sent to the AI assistant. The AI processes the information and generates detailed, personalized insights tailored to the user's project or site.


Step 7: Review

Manual Quality Control: The report generated by the AI is reviewed by your experienced staff. They check the relevance, accuracy and completeness of the insights to ensure they meet the user's needs and expectations.


Step 8: Report Delivery

Final Report: Once the report has passed quality control, it is prepared and finalized for submission.

Email Delivery: The completed report is emailed to the user within a maximum of 48 hours, along with any additional suggestions or follow-up steps that may be useful.


Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: The user is informed that they can request a refund in case the AI output report is inaccurate or irrelevant. They need to provide details about the issues and our team will review the request.

Refund Process: If the claim is valid, we will issue the refund, ensuring that the user is fairly compensated.
