Savaşkan Family Ecotourism and Sustainable Living Area Project

Project Purpose:

To create a sustainable living space for the family that is as self-sufficient as possible. The aim is to create an income-generating business that uses the local resources of the region, especially ecotourism .

Project scope

• Design of approximately 52 decares of land according to Permaculture principles

• Design of guest houses on parts of the land with sea and mountain views for ecotourism purposes

• Designing training, seminars and workshops where the family can realize their own hobbies and which will be used for both art activities and production purposes.

• food forest, food gardens

• Determination and design of cafe and restaurant areas where guests coming to the farm can dine

• Determination of other structures for family and ecotourism purposes (dome, hobbit house, etc.)

• Effective rainwater harvesting

• Seasonal agroecological food production for the family

• Hot water and electricity production with solar energy

• While preserving the natural vegetation in the landscape, enriching it with locally appropriate plant species
