Land Exploration

During the field visit, shots were taken with a drone.

Burenok Family Self Sufficient Farm, Homestead

Project scope:

  • Understanding what can be done on the land using all the resources of nature and what is the best option in terms of less manual labour and more harvest and potential income from the land in the future

  • Ideally have a farm that is maximally self-sufficient and requires minimum resources with maximum results

  • Fully prepared and structured plot according to permaculture landscape design with appropriate zoning, roads, sectors, etc.

  • Maximum organic solutions if possible

  • 2 storey house for potential living + square natural fence around the house (vastu requirement)

  • (I already know where to place it and I will look for an architect to make the project and builders to work on it)

  • Ponds and other water stocks (there are already 3 of them and need to be properly reconfigured) Ideally in the north-eastern and northern part of the plot (2 of them are currently there)

  • Electricity solutions for household and other needs that work 365 days a year (solar energy + other available options)

  • Extra tree planting (which is good for this climate, needs less maintenance and can provide more harvest)

  • Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

Expected Outcomes:

  • A place where a family of 4-6 people can live and not buy food from outside when needed, with its own water and electricity supply, with vegetables, fruit and other products that can be sold or bartered, thus fully satisfying the family and its needs.

  • A fully sustainable farm producing organic products that can be sold to those who want to eat healthy.
